Welcome to Snacket!

Snacket was created to bring excitement and innovation to the catering world. After countless corporate events with generic, forgettable food, our founder, Johanna Suarez, envisioned a better way—delivering delicious gourmet bites and memorable experiences that truly elevate any occasion.

At Snacket, we combine creativity, convenience, and sustainability to revolutionize event catering. Using all-electric vehicles, we bring fresh, locally-sourced quick bites and drinks to private and corporate events. Imagine your guests crafting their own signature mocktails, creating custom acai or matcha bowls, or savoring freshly heated pastries with coffee. It’s an interactive, fun, and elevated taste experience that leaves a lasting impression.

We’re more than just food—we’re about impact. From prioritizing local ingredients to reducing our carbon footprint, Snacket is committed to sustainability and helping corporations align with their environmental and social responsibility goals.

Our goal is to connect communities, support local businesses, and offer something extraordinary—an interactive elevated taste experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Best of all, we proudly showcase vibrant Latin flavors, inviting guests to celebrate and explore the rich diversity of our heritage. With Snacket, every bite tells a story, and every event becomes unforgettable.

Let’s reimagine catering—one delicious bite at a time.

John Vasquez

Operations at Snacket

I'm John Vasquez, an Industrial Engineer (Class of 1998) with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and a Professional Chef since 2002. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, I currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina.

From an early age, I have been an entrepreneur, founding and managing various businesses over the past 30 years — including food ventures, restaurants, a boutique, catering services, an event house, and medical equipment rentals — each of which I successfully built and later sold. These experiences gave me a solid foundation in business management and organizational development.

As a chef, I have worked with renowned brands such as Renaissance Hotel, The Cheesecake Factory, Baja Fresh, and Pollos Mario. Culinary arts have become both a professional achievement and a passion I continue to enjoy, while also supporting entrepreneurs in designing menus and strengthening the administrative side of their food ventures.
