At Resident Culture, we take our beer seriously, but most importantly, we value the relationships and family culture we have cultivated. We are proud to have an incredibly tight-knit crew, all of whom play an important role in making this place our home. At the end of the day, it’s beer that we make, but it’s our community and the taking care of each other that makes the foundation we’re built upon.

In the South, cheese straws are a family tradition. There’s even an old saying: “If you didn’t have cheese straws at your wedding, you may not be legally married.” Ritchie Hill Bakery was founded on this tradition in 2010 by brother and sister team Heath Ritchie and Beth Alm. Their secret family recipe has passed from generation to generation for over 100 years.

Latino Bakes was born from the desire to bring the Latin flavor to the land that welcomed them as its own. They wanted to create a product that is different, creative, delicious, and with a personal flare. A sample of the Latin flavor translated into alfajores is sold around Charlotte markets, restaurants, coffee shops, and in those beautiful and warm places that people visit to share, chat, and taste a dessert that is made with love.
Jabin is inspired by the ancient Persian beverage Sekanjabin, bringing an age-old recipe to life. The founder, Ershadi Homayoon, would drink his mother’s version of Sekanjabin after training for his professional cycling. Jabin is crafted using only real fruits, herbs, and nature's most effective ingredients. Each bottle contains the hydrating power of pink Himalayan salt, the metabolic benefits of apple cider vinegar, and the natural sweetness of raw cane sugar. Jabin is ready to share its cultural tradition with the world.
Yes Darling Tea is rooted in wellness and made with love to help you slow down, sip with intention, and care for yourself naturally. Every blend is crafted to support your self-care journey — one soothing cup at a time.
Bear Food began as a humble side venture to help cover college expenses—what started as a small hustle quickly grew into a gourmet food company with a remarkable story.
It is a simple story
Years ago, we discovered some roasted and salted peanuts at a local dive bar that brought us back from the brink of “Too-Tipsyville” kept us going long and late into the evening! Later, we wanted more of these simple but delicious peanuts and couldn't find them. We ordered from several different sources online and waited with great anticipation only to be disappointed every time.
Our handmade Southern cheese crackers are inspired by generations of tradition—crunchy, cheesy, and downright irresistible. A stay at home mom turned entrepreneur, here's how it all began! The Coopers (Katie, Sean, and Charlotte) live in NC and began Queen City Crunch in early 2021 in their home kitchen. For many years prior Katie's mom, Judy, made pretzels for every event from Christmas gifts to birthday parties and the pretzels were always around! Word spread of these delicious, small batch pretzels and in 2021 Queen City Crunch was officially launched!
La Bonbonnière was born in 2016 in Venezuela, when our founder, Valentina Lopez, turned her love for baking into a dream. With a professional cooking degree and a chocolatier certification, she created La Bonbonnière as a celebration of fusion flavors, artisanal techniques, and the joy of sharing something truly special. What started as a dream quickly grew—much like the cookies we create.

With a small budget and a strong worth ethic, in 2014 Poppy opened as a small retail shop in Asheville, NC. Her mission was clear: use real ingredients, only create flavors that are different from anything else you can find and make it fun. After all, it’s just popcorn. Little did she know just how quickly the small Asheville community of artisans, musicians and adventurers would fall in love with Poppy. And not just them, but communities all over the country.
